In Podcast Episode 221, “What Have You Learned from a ‘Wise Woman’?” Kim discusses how the “wise woman” in Abel-beth-maacah intervened and saved many lives. In this confusing narrative, we see no one reaching out to the Lord for wisdom regarding the matters at hand. Yet, the Lord provided His wisdom to the “wise woman.”

 

Our focal passage for this episode is 2 Samuel 20 with the focal verse of 16.

 

16 But a wise woman in the town called out to Joab, “Listen to me, Joab. Come over here so I can talk to you.”
